What counts as a project?
A project is a workspace with its own photos and recognised people. Most customers make one per event or client. A Project purchase is active for 12 months from creation; after that it becomes read-only until you renew with another €149.
What does “fair use” mean on Organization?
Up to 30 active projects and 30,000 uploaded photos in any 12-month period. That covers an agency doing an event every week. If you genuinely need more, talk to us — we'll make it work.
What happens when a project expires or I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. You and your team can still browse, search, share and export. Uploading and editing resume as soon as you renew or re-subscribe.
Can I invite my team?
Yes — editors (upload, name, merge, share) and viewers (browse only), by email, on every plan including the free trial.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Email us and we'll invoice you; your plan is activated as soon as the transfer arrives.
Can I switch from Project to Organization later?
Any time. Your existing projects keep their own 12 months; new projects are covered by the subscription.
